STATEMENT
The impact of light and color in the absence of words evokes both mood
and thought. I strive to bring a sense of peace in the midst of
chaos.

BIO
Kat lives in Sacramento, California and her painting is inspired by the
state's natural
surroundings, from the mountains to the coast. Heavily influenced by 5
years in
Australia,
her work masterfully highlights the natural designs found in the
incredibly varied
landscapes. She has attended numerous workshops and
gives special credit to Gregory Kondos for
emphasizing simplicity
of form and Barry Jamison for his application of color in
Pastels.
